Secret Garden
Everyone has his own "secret garden"...
Kishk Althakafeh Al'arabeyyeh

FINALLY...
I went to this kishk. I read about it in one of the blogs of Sawtona (Jordan blogs) and fell in love with it. I'll try finding the post, and attach later..
I went there during my visit to Amman couple of weeks ago (I didn't comment on that yet, soon Inshallah). I was walking in downtown with my friends, they were shopping, for me it was like meditation, walking down the streets, the people around, the shops, the noise.. that was really amazing, I just LOVE it!
I was searching for the Kishk with my eyes, but didn't allow myself to actually ask for where it is and going there, i wanted to see if i can find it by chance.. kind of a fate game I learned to play with things and people i love.
and it worked.. I was asking for directions to find a fabric shop for my friends, and leading the way (I like that).. One guy told me: here is the shop, few meters ahead and right infront of you... I walked few meters & I looked forward and saw those many shining beautiful covers of books on shelves and on the ground.. looked a little upward, and read it  "Kishk Althakafeh Al'arabeyyeh"!
My friends went to that shop, near the kishk, I just couldnt help standing infront of the books smiling, picked up a book for Isabel Allende I was searching for, and another book for Orhan Bamuk then another one & another one.. I looked inside to see if the old man is there, but instead there was a guy, his son, selling the books. ofcourse I couldn't keep my mouth shut, nor not expressing my obsession, and said few words lacking all the proper language rules!
I asked him for good books (though I already have a list, but just wanted to hear his).. and didn't get out of there before spending the last 30 jds I had in my purse, hearing my mobile ringing for the 3rd time (my friends were waiting across the street) and ofcourse not before taking these pictures.
afterward, there was raindrops... the perfect moments of my life!

bad quality pictures, I know.. no concentration!

Here is a photo I just found, published in another blog. Sorry I'm borrowing it without permission.

For those who live in Amman, I recommend going there very much.
